| 12/16/07 - "OLD TRUSTY" INCUBATOR, CIRCA 1890. This piece of history was used 75 to 100 years ago. I used it in my now closed hatchery for display or to hatch a few goose eggs. It is very clean and is about two feet square, stands on metal legs and is about 2 feet tall and is in good usable condition. It has a decal of the old trusty incubator company with a pic of a dog (collie) - I think, that is worn but readable. It is metal with a wooden interior and is operated by a little kerosene lamp that is on the side. It does work and holds appx. 100 chicken eggs. It has a front door and has a copper reservoir on the top of the inside. You simply fill the reservoir with water and keep the lamp going and it will hatch chicks. We are in Minnesota. We are asking $400. | |

| 11/15/07 - Ontario Canada: Antique oak icebox in refinished condition. Very large piece with 6 doors was most likely a commercial unit. All glass has a lovely etched design, and all hardware is original, One latch is missing on one door but the door above it holds it in place. This piece has been electrified and used as a household refrigerator, but now needs repair. There was no damage done to the icebox during the electrification process, and can be easily removed. It is silver plate (94 pieces) with stainless steel knives (30 pieces) (white handles ivory or bone?). It has never been used and was a wedding present to my parents in 1933. 9/15/07 - Theo a Kochs Comapny (Chicago) barber chair. It has a porcelain base and arm rests, the Leather seat and back I will be restoring. The chrome is in good condition and just needs to be polished. The only markings on it besides the Kochs company is stamped on the foot base. I am looking to sell as soon as I restore. | 3/11/07 - Antique coal burning stove, like new and complete with the coal bucket & coal scoop that came with it. It also has the original and matching tool used to remove the circular plate in the top of said stove. I was told that it was made to be used in old time cabooses. It is a minature 'pot belly' standing 27 inches tall and is 13.5 inches wide in the middle at the 'pot' belly. Cast markings on the front are: Loth's Mascot, The W.J. Loth Stove Co. Waynesboro, VA. Below all of this and cast into the 'ring' of the 'pot' is '111'. The tool that removes the circular plate on top also has 'Loth's' cast into it. This stove along with other old Santa Fe, Union Pacific, Baltimore & Ohio, etc. calenders, pictures and depot ads dating from the 1930's to the 1950's are for sale. The stove appears to have never been fired. Reasonable offers accepted. | |

| 7/10/06 - 1915 Victor Lidless Tabletop Model Phonograph. It has the serial number, and seal with a partial sticker on the bottom of the piece. It is the VV-IV model and in very good condition. It has the brake as well as the speed control with the slatted speakers concealed behind two doors that open. The crank on the side is operable as well as the entire machine. The finish is most likely "Golden Oak" or "Polished Golden Oak". The turntable has maroon felt on it and I have a collection of records, mostly Christmas. $400 firm. | 12/8/05 - Watlling 1930's or 1940's Penny Scale. It is marked "200 question and answers" For a penny you turn a knob to a question and it gives you an answer. It is bright red and cream colored enamel plus it has an upper mirror (which has some scaling around the edge). Also some printing on the upper mirror has some flaking. it also has a full bottom mirror which appears to be in very good shape. I do not have a key to open this and it does contain old coins. It is approximately 64" high and would be ideal for an old fashioned restaurant. I have done no restoration on this and assume the scale needs adjusting. | 1906 Glenwood Stove - Appears to be complete and original. Front door reads "Modern Glenwood Oak." Below the door on the inside skirt is a "No. 12." Back is marked "Taunton, Mass." Burns both wood and coal as it has grates and a shaker. Solid cast iron with fancy nickel plated removable skirts and crest dated "1906" on the back. Excellent condition for its age. Nickel plate is intact with minor discoloration rust spots here and there. No visible cracks or damage. Stove appears to have had little use. Height: 53", Width: 24" at its widest point.
